We had an amazing stay at this hostel! the location was perfect and the building itself was stunning. the staff, especially Paz, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. the breakfast included in the price was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. the hostel had a great atmosphere and the common areas were comfortable and inviting. We also loved the rooftop terrace, it had breathtaking views of the city.
Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing to complain about.

The hostel is located in a very popular and safe neighborhood with plenty of bus stops and taxis nearby. It's convenient to walk to wherever you want for food, drinks, or shopping.
The staff's English proficiency is limited, so it's necessary to have basic Spanish skills or use a translator to communicate effectively.

I had an amazing time at Casa Malala during my recent stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hostel itself is exceptionally clean and the walls are soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was simple but satisfying, with a variety of options. The two adorable dogs were a bonus, adding a touch of joy to my stay.
